Adam Winder

Adam Winder, MBA, President, is a strategic executive with over ten years’ experience in financial services. Adam left banking and joined the assisted reproductive industry because he felt a personal connection to its purpose. After becoming a father for the first time, Adam realized that every family should have the opportunity to experience the joy of becoming parents.

His first venture was to become President of SeedTrust Escrow, helping thousands of families navigate their financial journeys through transparency of their escrow accounts.

Before becoming a partner at SeedTrust®, Adam led strategy for the commercial line of business at SunTrust Bank. Adam also spent over eight years advising executives on how to manage their funds and how to think about credit.

Mr. Winder is passionate about giving back and helping others. He currently serves on the board and as the CFO of Making the Grade – Hope for African Youth.

Adam graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Bridgewater College. He holds an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.

Kelly Ellison

Kelly is a parent through nontraditional methods and knows first-hand how difficult and complex the road to parenthood can be for some. She is deeply passionate about helping people build their family.

Kelly has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 25-years in development and management for national and local organizations.

For the past 10 years, Kelly and her team of Coaches have assisted over 5,000 prospective families navigate the financial challenges that they experienced along their journey to parenthood.

Kelly is an experienced speaker, certified trainer, and has a wealth of experience working with groups and individuals. Formerly, she produced and hosted her national radio show, on the Voice America network which ran for three years. A graduate of the Rockhurst Executive Fellows Program, Kelly holds her Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Edward Brockschmidt

Edward Brockschmidt, C.P.A., MBA, Founder/CFO, has been helping families grow through collaborative processes since 2015. Since launching our partner company, SeedTrust®, Edward has responsibly managed escrow for thousands of intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors.

Previously, Edward was a managing partner of a successful CPA firm that handled bookkeeping, tax planning, financial advice, and IRS representation. Prior to having a career as a CPA he was involved in financial services of a large regional bank where he assisted in lending and financial advice. He received his undergraduate and MBA from the University of Florida. He also received a Masters of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Chelsea is a passionate advocate for family-building who joined Vesta in May 2023. In her dual role as family-building coach and business development professional, she empowers employees to explore their options early, navigate with confidence, and create achievable financial plans, while also partnering with employers, brokers, and partners to implement benefits that drive cultural and financial impact. Her personal journey as a parent, step-parent, and retired gestational carrier—supporting three families to grow—deeply informs her work and fuels her commitment to making employees feel supported in meaningful ways.

VP of Operations

Lisa Schuster

Lisa joined SeedCoach as VP of Operations in 2023. She has been supporting non-traditional family building for over 14 years and brings a deep knowledge of third-party reproduction to the Vesta for Families team. Lisa has global experience in guiding families through third-party reproduction and brings that knowledge to support Vesta clients and a global workforce. Lisa lives in Maryland with her husband and three children, and she is also a 3-time gestational carrier.
